I can’t express how thankful I am to Tim & the team. From the moment I made contact their kindness, support and professionalism was outstanding. 

My husband passed away abroad and Tim & the team went above and beyond to ensure he was brought back home. They cared for him with such dignity and respect the entire time.

I honestly can’t thank Kirsty, Tim and everyone at TJ Parry enough for the care they showed our family when arranging Mum’s funeral.

From the very beginning, Kirsty and Tim were incredibly kind, warm and compassionate. Every little detail was taken care of without hesitation, which meant so much at a time when there was already so much to think about.

It was the small, thoughtful touches that really stayed with us too — the rose and poem placed on Mum’s pillow when they came to take her into their care, and the beautiful wallet cards with the star poem that they gave us after the funeral. Things they didn’t have to do, but which made something incredibly difficult feel that little bit more personal and special.

On the day of the funeral, Tim guided us through everything so calmly. We never had to wonder what we were supposed to do or second-guess what happened next; he was simply there, quietly making sure everything ran exactly as it should.

At one of the hardest times of our lives, we felt that Mum was being treated with genuine dignity and care, and that we were being looked after too. We will always be grateful to Kirsty, Tim and the team at TJ Parry for helping us give Mum the send-off she deserved.

Being in the position of loosing your only son our world collapsed, without the professional, kind and supportive assistance provided by T.J.Parry's, Tim and his incredible team took away all the worries we had regarding organising an appropriate funeral for our son, nothing was to much trouble, everything we requested and even things we hadn't thought about were dealt with to a 5 star standard.
