Loosing one parent was bad enough but loosing both within a 16 months period is quite an emotional rollercoaster.
Once again WE Pinders made the whole funeral process a lot easier to deal with.

The compassion and professionalism conducted by Tom and the team throughout was a credit to W E Pinder. If you are in the unfortunate position in having to arrange a funeral I would highly recommend these guys. You and your loved one would be in safe hands. I highly recommend Pinders. I have used them twice. Their attention to detail is superb and nothing is too much trouble.they are really caring and go out of their way to help you make the process and arrangements go smoothly. You are dealing with a close knit family business and other staff can answer queries if your nominated contact is not available. They are professional and caring in equal measures and easy to deal with.

It is never easy nor nice to have to deal with the myriad of complications surrounding the death of a loved one. However, John and the team couldn’t have been more accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble and John guided my sister and I through each step of the way in a clam and professional manner. I would have no hesitation in recommending W E Pinder to anyone.

I can’t say enough about the overall service provided by W.E.Pinder in respect of the funeral for my beloved wife, Fiona.
From start to finish I was guided through the process by John Pinder who displayed both sympathy and empathy while ensuring that each step in the planning was completed in a timely manner. It seemed like he was available 24/7 to answer every question I asked.
On the day itself everything went to plan and everyone in attendance commented on how wonderful Fiona’s ‘send off’ was.
