From start to finish was absolutely spot on, nothing was any trouble, I was made to feel part of the family, I was informed of everything that was happening.
There are not enough words to say thank you, you did an amazing job, and my dad would have loved his send off.

The service we received was so personal and supportive from start to finish. We had no idea where to begin but the visit from John was swift and very comprehensive, well beyond what you would expect from a funeral director. John made it so we had to think about very little and took care of all arrangements for us, giving full advice and guidance documents on the things he couldn't do for us to make it as easy as possible. We felt our dearly departed family member was treat with respect and as an individual again, unlike our experience at the hospital. We're now looking at arrangements for a stone with pinders, again receiving a personal and respectful visit from John. Its not a service we like to think we'll need but when you do I highly recommend Pinders.

I honestly can't put into worlds how incredible Pinders have been from start to finish.
Extremely professional, dependable and attentive to every last detail no matter how small.
We had Michael as our point of contact and although I don't doubt they all care the same, it was immediately clear at first point of contact that he gets it, he understands your loss and he gives every ounce of empathy and sympathy to you in such a genuine way.
Although we never really do plan for these things until its too late, Pinders took so much hassle and work out of what was needed and allowed us more time as a family to concentrate on the small details and allowing us time to grieve.
Once again, thanks for all you have done, you've been amazing at our time of need.
