John and the team could not have been any more considerate and professional. Prior to the Funeral every single aspect for the day and many related events were most thoroughly covered. 
On the day John and the team were absolutely wonderful. They helped us through the day from start to finish. 
It is a difficult time when a loved one dies. Pinders took away all the anguish and worry around the arrangements for the Funeral. They were absolutely first class. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

From the moment that we met first John we knew that we were in good hands. This was the first time that we had lost someone so close to us and John understood how tough it was to deal with, especially trying to arrange things so quickly after Mum passed away. He was very professional and helped us the whole way through the process from the administration and formalities (that you don't know are coming) through to deciding on the most personal and emotional details at this difficult time. He made it so easy and simple with his knowledge and organisational skills that it took a lot of the stress away so that we could focus on grieving and putting together our own tributes to make it as perfect as possible for Mum and all of us. The funeral was a celebration and everything went perfectly. Thank you John.

From the first time we met John to arrange pre-paid funerals for my my parents he was very professional and caring. Unfortunately we had to call on John's services sooner than we expected when my father passed away suddenly. From the first phone call to John after the death to the after care we received, he was excellent in making what was a very sad and difficult time easier for the family especially mum.
