From the moment of contact I received nothing but care, support and compassion from Jacqui and the team at Pinders. My husband passed away abroad and the repatriation by the insurance company wasn't straight forward but Jacqui was amazing.
The organisation of my husband's funeral was exceptional and resulted in a wonderful celebration of his life which I am truly grateful for, all who attended agreed. I cannot recommend Jacqui and Pinders highly enough, thank you so much.

This was uncharted territory for us as a family and at a time when we were very vulnerable, emotional and still in shock at what had happened, Pinders were simply wonderful. From our first meeting with Michael he was kind, thoughtful and supportive. At no point did we feel rushed or pressured. He was a 'supportive hand' who guided us through each step with care and kindness. On the day the whole team were amazing - supportive, respectful and gave my dad a wonderful send off. They carried out each step on the day with such attention to detail. We will forever be grateful for their care, kindness and professionalism. We are so glad we chose Pinders and would not hesitate to recommend them They will be our only choice in the future, when we are in this situation again. Thank you to Michael and all of the Pinders Team.

100% the best decision we’ve ever made using W.E Pinder & son for the care and funeral service for my mum. Tom in particular I’d like to thank for the kindness and compassion he’s shown to us all, he went above and beyond our expectations making this difficult time a lot easier he handled everything for us nothing was too much trouble. 




They were prompt in getting mum into their care from the hospital which really made us more at ease, we were able to visit as often as we wanted and every time made to feel so welcome. 




The funeral itself was seamless with Tom leading, he had everything so well thought out and timed perfectly, everyone who spoke to us afterwards said how beautiful the service was.




Loved ones deserve the best for their final journey and that’s exactly what you get with these guys, words can’t thank you all enough.

John Pinder and the whole team  were simply wonderful.  Whilst remaining professional, John  was patient and communicated in a clear, kind but also light hearted manner; this was exactly the right approach for my family.  
Nothing was too much trouble, John assisted in anyway he could and made the saddest of days just that bit more bearable. 
The service provided was simply perfect and I would not hesitate to recommend WE Pinder to anyone.

'I whole-heartedly recommend W.E. Pinder Funeral Directors to arrange and manage the funeral of your loved one. My mum passed away on the 15th August 2023 and this was my 1st experience of having to organize a funeral. John's kindness, professionalism and empathy made the experience a seamless and positive one. He established all of our wishes with genuine understanding and guided me accordingly. On the day of the funeral, John and his team clad with blue ties as requested made sure proceedings went seamlessly and I especially wanted to thank him for carrying out our personal added extra request at Foxholme House with such respect - Thank you!!
The service was a perfect tribute to my mum, the photos, the music and the words spoken by Kathryn gave us all a small glimpse of mum's life and with her words and tribute Kathryn managed to make us both laugh and also cry. We really couldn't have asked for any more. It was the perfect send off for my mum.

We could not have got through the process if it was not for Michael at Pinders. He was informative, respectful and so calming from start to finish. From start to finish the professionalism was evident . Tom came to take our beautiful mum to get her ready for her final journey, he returned to discuss our plans and mums wishes , he was supportive, dignified and the family history of Pinders shon through .He explained every step and made all the finer detail come to fruition, nothing was too much trouble -when visiting the Chapel of rest the staff members were supportive, understanding and made us feel mum was being treated with the highest dignity and care we could ask for -Tom was absolutely fabulous, a true professional in his field -we could not have asked for anything more than the beautiful send off and celebration of our mums life, all made possible by Pinders - We thank you from the bottom of our hearts -you simply are the best .

John and his team offered a way to navigate a very difficult time in our lives, dealing with us in a kind, compassionate and respectful manner but without any of the mournful looks you often get! He and the rest of the team were cheerful in appropriate moments and always totally open and professional. The cars were immaculate and all other services were wonderful. Our son had the best send off we could have hoped for, although it’s something you’d hope you never do.

My brothers and I are very pleased with the service provided by Jacqui and colleagues at W E Pinder. They were friendly and approachable yet professional and compassionate at all times. They took a lot of stress out of a difficult time by taking care of everything including arrangements with both the florist and venue where we had refreshments after the funeral. 
We are very grateful to Jacqui and colleagues for the part they played in giving our mum a fitting tribute and a funeral that was entirely in accordance with her wishes.
