Pinder’s have organised 3 family funerals for us and are, without doubt, the most caring, professional and helpful funeral directors you could wish for. No request is ever too much for them, and their vast experience and knowledge ensured we were able to leave all arrangements to them, knowing the funeral would be perfect. After previous experience of W.E Pinder when my grandma passed away we knew how kind, respectful and professional they are.
My mum was diagnosed with cancer in July and was given limited time. While she could she wanted to speak to John about what she wanted for when it was her time to leave us. John came and visited mum, went through everything she could make choices on for when the time came.
When she passed away at home she was treated by John and his team with such respect and dignity. John has been there for us every step of the way in person, on the phone and by email. I cannot recommend W.E Pinder highly enough, especially John for helping us through this immensely difficult time.
