We found Pinders and Tom in particular exceptionally sympathetic polite friendly very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. They made a dreadful time very very easy we cannot thank them enough for everything.I know mum would be so pleased if that's not a silly thing to say. The flowers were absolutely beautiful Thank you too everyone at Pinders you made an awful time bearable.

After my partner passed away suddenly while on holiday in Northumberland and not know what to do. Micheal took care of everything with total care and compassion from the initial phone call to funeral.
The photo tribute that Tom made was stunning and the day was perfect.

Mr Pinder and his whole team were absolutely wonderful following the death of my father. All arrangements were dealt with quickly and efficiently and to the highest standard. Fr Michael Towle conducted the service at Barnby Moor crematorium which was a beautiful celebration of a life well lived. We thank Pinders from the bottom of our hearts ♥️

Having JE Pinder was an absolutely dream to ease the stress associated with losing a love one. It felt seamless and we did not need to worry about anything. Everything we thought of was already previously addressed or completed without additional pressure. I honestly think without John we may have struggled with the whole process. Absolutely highly recommend a seamless stressful funeral process.

Michael & the rest of the staff at Pinders were faultless in their care of my Dad & all of our family during this difficult time. We had a Golden English Willow casket with beautiful, natural flowers with greenery picked from the garden My Dad had created. Even things I had forgotten to ask for were suggested, or done without them having to be specified. They made what I thought was going to be a very difficult and complicated time into something that seemed very easy and resulted in the PERFECT send-off for my father. Highly recommended.

The ultimate professionalism from John and team is second to non. From the devastating moment I had to ring John telling him George had died right up to the day of the funeral, John his family and staff were there for us. Patiently talking us through funeral arrangements that covered everything from announcing the death , choosing a coffin to arranging flowers and where to go to pay our respects afterwards John did it all. Allowing us to visit George in the chapel of rest when we wanted to Pauline and Chris were brilliant giving us the privacy but always somewhere close if we needed them.  
The day of the funeral arrived and again we couldn’t have been looked after any better. John gave George the respect that we all think our loved ones deserve he walked him all the way from our house to the church. Two of the bearers were John own sons who George and I have known since birth and watched them grow into wonderful young men.  It’s good to see that they have inherited the caring nature of their dad and the generations before.  A proper family business with family values

I cannot recommend Pinders and particularly Jackie enough. Our mum passed away on Christmas day and from that moment Jackie was always there to support and guide us. It was the first funeral I have had to arrange and everyone was so kind and made sure the funeral was in keeping with my mums wishes. So thankful.
