John and his team have just directed our dads funeral and they did a wonderful job of hand holding us through this challenging time, nudging us when needed to make decisions, fixing problems as they arose, making suggestions if asked and doing it all in a kind and unobtrusive manner. From the very first moment I telephoned Michael Towle at Pinders, I felt I was in kind and safe hands. It was such a relief.  I had not known what to do at all after my mother died suddenly.  Everything was my responsibility and I was quite at a loss regarding what needed to happen.  A close friend recommended this firm and I will be forever thankful that I took their advice and telephoned Pinders.  Michael arranged for my mother to be brought safely back to Yorkshire for her funeral and supported me at what was a very difficult time.  Everything was explained in a very kind and thoughtful way and Michael planned every detail.  My mother's funeral was just as she would have wished and I am immensely grateful to Pinders for all their professional and kind support.

W.E. Pinder are a very professional company, who were caring and courteous throughout this difficult time, and assisted the family through the process from beginning to end.
Michael and his colleagues were attentive to the family needs, and ensured that all my mother's wishes were carried out.
Her funeral was conducted with great sensitivity and dignity and the family take comfort in knowing that we gave mum the perfect send off.

I can't thank Michael and his team enough for all their help, it was just the perfect send off for my Dad. I have Michael to thank for it. I have never had to arranged a funeral before so I was absolutely clueless but they helped arrange it all! This tuck the pressure off me and nothing was too much for him. I really couldn't recommend them enough.

What can I say, words cannot express how greatful I am to John Pinder absolutely did my husband Carl Rogers proud, from start to finish he was excellent and all his colleagues too.very professional and so caring at all times, made everyone feel very welcome.
I would also like to say a huge thank you to Steve Casey what an absolutely brilliant service for Carl got him down to a tee. Thank you so much John for looking after my Mr Rogers it couldnt of gone any better.

Although we knew that my husband had a terminal condition we didn't really discuss the funeral.  As we are not religious it felt daunting planning how we as a family could celebrate my husband’s life.  However John Pinder and all the staff we had contact with made everything relaxed and easy.
John was very professional but friendly and kind giving us all the options possible. Nothing was too much trouble.
The event itself was truly uplifting and definitely a celebration.
I will recommend the services of John Pinder to anyone that asks and many attending said what a good event it was.
