I had no previous experience or knowledge of what I had to do in my situation. I am so pleased that I chose Pinders Funeral Directors as they took all the problems that arose,  worked through the options I had, and sat down with me to help me feel comfortable with my decision.  Within a day I felt as though they were part of my family and this made me feel very assured that my wishes would be upheld. My husband was given the highest respect and was lovingly cared for.  Jaquie was our dedicated member of the team and I felt very comfortable with her dealings with us. John Pinder was always on site, and made himself visible, even coming to my assistance when my vehicle broke down,  this made me feel confident in the fact that they really are a family run business.

The whole day went without a hitch all of Pinders staff were very professional at all times and very courteous which made the whole day run very smooth It was a very distressing day for all of my family as you can imagine but in reflection it was clear we had made the right choice Thank you John and your team

John was able to set the right tone for the whole process, was thoughtful in his communication, helpful and caring to both my Dad who'd died and to those of us left behind.

The dignity he afforded Dad when he walked the hearse from the house a significant distance to the main road was not something that was discussed but was a real comfort. The normal world should slow down or stop and be respectful of this significant moment and the dignified procession was beautifully carried out.

The flag for the coffin was a lovely touch.

There are no words to describe how beautiful mums funeral was, we are so happy with the service we were given. John went above and beyond to accommodate everything for us and took alot of stress and pressure from myself and my father.

Outstanding, personable, compassionate, thoughtful, respectful, efficient are all words which describe the service myself and my family received from Pinders. At a time of grief everything was explained clearly, taken at my pace and absolutely nothing was too much trouble. From the moment she was taken from hospital until she was laid to rest I could not have wished for better service or care of my precious Mummy. The funeral was perfect, if that's possible, this was largely due to Pinders. I could not recommend this company more highly.

I cannot recommend John Pinder enough. he recognises that he is dealing with next of kin & family at a most emotional and stressful time. He helped me to arrange my Mums funeral going above and beyond when some of the arrangements were complicated by timescales at the coroners court.
