As soon as we contacted John about. Mum's passing we felt as ease. He took control whilst following our requests. All of the staff were there if we needed help or advice. The day went as we hoped it would and more. Thank you.

The support from John Pinder to my mother was impeccable ; professional  but yet personal.

Outstanding, personable, compassionate, thoughtful, respectful, efficient are all words which describe the service myself and my family received from Pinders. At a time of grief everything was explained clearly, taken at my pace and absolutely nothing was too much trouble. From the moment she was taken from hospital until she was laid to rest I could not have wished for better service or care of my precious Mummy. The funeral was perfect, if that's possible, this was largely due to Pinders. I could not recommend this company more highly.

I cannot recommend John Pinder enough. he recognises that he is dealing with next of kin & family at a most emotional and stressful time. He helped me to arrange my Mums funeral going above and beyond when some of the arrangements were complicated by timescales at the coroners court.

1st class service, at a sad time they was extremely professional, caring and understanding.
Nothing was to much trouble, especially when asked for private special requests, i was extremely happy at such a distressing time they totally put you at ease.
The humphries family would highly recommended them .

It would not be possible to praise this company too highly. Every detail and eventually was given consideration and 100% attention to in a caring and compassionate way. 
The committal day was a truly serene event which I am sure will last in the memories of all who attended.

I cannot recommend John and his team highly enough. I initially envisaged organising the funeral from hundreds of miles away would be a logistical nightmare. However, John attended to my family's requirements with the utmost professionalism together with real care and compassion. The day itself was a true celebration of my father's life and it felt seamless because of his attention to detail.

From start to finish Pinders offered a very helpful turn key service.
A very professional funeral service was given, including the fantastic service at the crematorium that was delivered by Paul. 
My mum would have been very proud and very grateful of what Pinders delivered.
