I am writing this as both an Ordained Minister who officiated the funeral and as family to my late Aunt whose funeral this was. A.J.Wakely & Sons is an independent family funeral directors, in Yeovil and its surrounding areas in Somerset.
Established for over 100 years, across four generations, A.J Wakely & Sons have developed a reputation for providing a dignified and caring service for Yeovil's bereaved families whilst helping local community groups, charities, and churches.
The office is overseen by director Clive Wakely who has worked within the family business for more than 40 years, managed by Matthew Paterson and supported by his friendly team; Frank, Anita and Gill.
With over 100 years of funeral directing experience and local knowledge, Clive Wakely and his caring staff are here to help guide you through the whole process of making funeral arrangements.
