Dealing with Wakeley’s Yeovil staff over a 300 mile gap could have been tricky. But they turned out to be reassuring, calm, professional and kind.

My relatives ashes were kept for quite a time until I could travel south to collect them but again, this was regarded as part of their excellent service.

We used Wakely's 4 years ago when my mum passed away.They provided such an excellent service back then so we decided to let them take care of my dad when he passed away just recently.They are so caring and professional.They guide you through every step without rushing you.The staff are so friendly and helpful and are always available to answer any questions and give advice.If you decide to use Wakely's, I can personally assure you that you and your dearly departed will be treated with kindness and respect. Finally I would like to say that Wakely's fees are extremely reasonable for the excellent service they provide.

Wakely’s looked after my stepdad with the utmost care and respect. They also looked after us as a family from start to finish and made us feel like we were the only ones in need of their time even though we know they had other families to look after. We have nothing but good things to say about them and would recommend them to anyone who needs a family member given their final send off. Matt in particular was extremely helpful and caring.

Wakelys were compassionate, discreet and professional at all times. They were at all times considerate of our feelings and requests, offering personal meetings at our house with Clive Wakely. All arrangements with the church, cemetery and printers were taken care of for us. I could not recommend them more highly.
