I found everyone I dealt with at A J Wakely & Sons Ltd to be genuinely caring, extremely professional and attentive to every detail. Communications were first class, advice given with choices made clear. Despite the sad circumstances, a pleasure to deal with. I would recommend them to anyone without hesitation.

From start to finish, the service and compassion were exceptional. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and the team demonstrated outstanding professionalism and empathy throughout what was a very difficult time following the loss of my father.

I had never had the need to use Funeral Directors services in the Yeovil area before and was pretty well lost as to where to go; particularly in such emotionally charged circumstances. AJ Wakely’s were recommended by a family friend. Once I had chosen them, everyone that I subsequently spoke to said that I was in ‘safe hands’ and so it proved to be. Excellent service throughout from every part of their team. Communication was brilliant. Answered all questions and treated my wider family with respect and kindness at every stage. Absolutely no complaints at all and I would wholeheartedly recommend them.

Wakely’s Yeovil provided the most excellent service from start to finish for our lovely Dad and ourselves. They were not only extremely professional but kind and compassionate. At all stages we were informed of what was happening with proactive communication from them and when we had any questions, these were answered without delay. On the day of the funeral they were extremely friendly and kind, again making sure we were aware of and happy with the arrangements. I can’t recommend them highly enough and would like to thank them all, from Richard and Laura to the pall bearers. Very best wishes from all our family.
