I would like to thank Frank and Matthew for all their assistance and advice leading up to, and on the day of my brothers funeral. Nothing was ever too much trouble and it really helped during a difficult period as my brothers death was so unexpected. Also thanks to the two ladies on reception who always were so friendly and respectful. My thanks are also extended to the Pall Bearers on the day for their help and patience in allowing me to assist in bearing Dennis into the Chapel. The whole procedure from when I first contacted you was made so easy, bearable and dignified.
