At a time when we as a family were grieving and needed every bit of help and support we could get, we were extremely grateful to receive it from Clive Wakely and his staff at their Yeovil branch. Everyone from the girls we spoke to in the office to the driver of our car and the men who formed the funeral cortege, we received nothing but politeness, kindness and genuine concern for our well being.
