We couldn’t thank Wakelys enough.  Very professional company with caring compassionate staff.  Matt was excellent and came to the house to plan the funeral and arranged a motorbike hurst.  Matt assisted with decisions and the funeral ran smoothly.  All staff on the day were smart, respectful and professional.  
Staff in the funeral directors were also excellent and always made mum feel welcomed when she went in to see Dad.  
The price was also very responsible.

Matthew was a prime example of sensitivity and utter professionalism. When he visited us initially he went through the choices of service, coffin and flowers. He also gave us an excellent idea of how the whole process of the funeral would go, covering every possible movement before, during and after the service. It was as though we had had a rehearsal. He was very reassuring on the day which had a calming effect on what was an emotional day for us.
