I could not have wished for better. They took control and organised everything, I did not have to worry about anything but at the same time they accommodated all my individual wishes and I was allowed to have all I wished for, without question, both at the Church Service and the Crematorium. They were contactable throughout, and not to a computer. I had very many complements about the service with no less than 6 members of the congregation saying it was the best Funeral Service they had ever been too. Conducted with respect and dignity. The team were perfect.  Matt led for the funeral. Nothing was too much trouble and he guided me and the other members of the family through the process with skill, grace and understanding. He covered every requirement with calm authority and was the perfect person to talk with at such a difficult time.
