James took care of our family while arranging mums funeral; he had respect and guided us through the process with ease. The funeral home is lovely and doesn’t feel clinical and the chapel is also done out really nicely and doesn’t feel daunting when you visit. The funeral went better than I could’ve hoped for and all the team at crescent were brilliant and made the funeral exactly how we wanted. I was always informed of each step and they were always on call when you needed. Would recommend to anyone in the area. Thank you so much James and the team.

I don't really know where to start! From the beginning to the final farewell I coulnd't have asked for better. The whole team were kind, caring, but above all highly professinal. I know Adrian would have had nothing but praise, to me for carrying out his final wishes, and Simon and his team for the service, the music and making sure I was looked after! Thank you, thank you, thank you!
I thank you all for giving my darling husband Adrian a beautiful goodbye, he knew I would carry out his final wishing to the letter!

Can’t thank Simon & his team enough for the care, consideration and passion that went into Dad’s Funeral. 
From the start, we were supported through. Visiting the chapel of rest when we needed too. Always being there when we needed to contact to ask questions. 
The service itself blew me away. Everything was exactly how it was asked for. 
Thank you again you made such a hard day so beautiful and took the stress off the family.

Simon and his team were so professional, kind & caring from the outset.   We had to change funeral directors as had an awful experience with another one.  Thankfully we found Simon at Crescent and he made a difficult time so much easier, always there to answer questions, whatever time with patience and everyone we dealt with were  so courteous and kind.
They all looked impeccable on the day of the service and all knew their jobs, so much detail in their handling of everything. 
Mum, myself and our family Cant recommend highly enough.

The care, love and support we received from everyone right from the start and all the way through was excellent. Simon and his team went above and beyond and not only looked after my dear Dad with respect and the upmost care, they made him look so peaceful and like my dad which really put me and peace when I went to visit him in the chapel of rest. 
They were only a phone call away 24/7 and were with us every step of the way and helped organise so much, right down to the little details. The order of service again outstanding with just little touches to make it personal, for example my dad’s favourite flower was snowdrops so these were put on the corner of each page. Every time we went in we were greeted with a smile and warm wishes and the building its is warm, comfortable and full of love.
I can honestly say with my hand on my heart I couldn’t have received better care, help and advice. We were made to feel special and all the personal touches made this difficult time so much easier. Simon really does have the most wonderful business with a team (family) of workers who are not only professional but caring and loving.
I wouldn’t recommend anyone else, they look after you and your loved one you have sadly lost. 
And are continuing to support us and for that I thank them from the bottom of my heart. 
It’s a very special business and you can see from the moment you hear, meet one of the team or go into the building itself it’s all about the personal touch and that means absolutely everything when your heart is hurting so deeply.
So I would just like to thank Simon, James, Robert and the rest of the team for everything 💫🤍🪽🕊️🎶✨🎭⚜️🎩🙏

If there had been a section of more than 5 stars I would have ticked that!

I would like to thank Simon, all your pall bearers, drivers, office staff and everyone at Crescent for the consideration, understanding, empathy shown to us, John, and myself and our whole family at this special time of sadness at Johns passing, and also in the celebration of his long life.

I feel that the floral tribute on John's coffin was simply superb, a sign of the regard he was held in, and beautifully made with such expertise. In fact the lilies and roses were so beautiful, that we dismantled them on our return home with them, and made them up into beautiful bunches and gave them to our special friends as thanks for all their help and love given to us over the difficult past weeks.

Again Simon, our heartfelt thanks for taking care of John and all our family so beautifully.
