Unexpectedly and very suddenly my Aunt passed away just before Christmas, which is never a good time for a funeral, if in fact any time may be considered as good. In addition she was leaving her surviving husband who is dependant on dialysis treatment three times a week which would make the cremation arrangements slightly difficult and to make matters worse the crematorium was being rewired and was not operating on Mondays and Tuesdays. So, somewhat apprehensive, concerned and unsure of things I contacted Crescent Funeral Services and spoke with Robert who immediately erased all of my concerns, worries and uncertainties. His care and consideration to not only myself but also my uncle was outstanding. This continued throughout our phone calls, visits, viewing my aunt at rest, the day of the cremation (three days prior to Christmas) and afterwards as well. Attention to detail was first class with the flowers being what my uncle envisaged and with the production of the order of service. Thanks to Robert and the Team I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending their services, and, by the way, my Uncle has made it quite clear who he wants to take care of his funeral!

This is the third time that Simon has done a funeral for my family and he really is excellent . I would not even think of having anyone else . His care and consideration for myself and family was second to none and he knew when to show the lighter side and when to be serious . We were very lucky to have him and I would always suggest Crescent to anyone in the same situation, I have found myself in recently .

Crescent Funeral Services arranged my Dads funeral. They were able to take him home to Wales and arranged the cremation over there too. 
Simon and his team were absolutely amazing. Nothing was too much trouble for them and their attention to detail is first class. The flowers they arranged were exactly what we wanted. I would highly recommend Crescent Funeral Services.

From the start of the arrangement to the funeral day itself, crescent funeral could not have been more compassionate. Nothing was too much trouble and with Mu Mum being in a care home they did everything with dignity to make sure she said her goodbyes in the chapel of rest. I can not recommend them highly enough. As a rule I don't write review but when you are going through bereavement you need a company you can trust to help you through the pain of loosing a lost one

Simon and his team were outstanding. Nothing was too much trouble. They went above and beyond to find a celebrant. 
Everything was done for us via Crescent funeral. When we wanted the order of service changed they cheerfully and quickly dealt with it. 
Simon is exceptionally professional and the sense of duty and respect has been passed onto James, who was also a delight. 
Simon has dealt with the funeral of both my Mother and Father and I would not hesitate to recommend the high service received.

Following the death of our father Simon & his team were both caring & supportive.
They treated him with dignity & respect throughout.

They were available to us at any time with any questions or concerns we had & nothing was be too much trouble for them.

They helped guide us through a very difficult time, from Simon's first visit to us through the day of the funeral itself.

Special mention to James who both in person & over the telephone has a very empathetic manner.

Simon chose the perfect celebrant in Emma Britain for Mum & recommended fleur amour to provide mum's casket spray which was as beautiful as my lovely mum♥️
