Simon and the whole team were all so wonderful and so supportive during such a difficult time for my family. Every aspect of their service was extremely well organised, but done with such kindness and understanding - gently helping me every step of the way. Nothing was too much trouble. The funeral went so smoothly. Simon gave me a fantastic recommendation for a celebrant. However, the superb support continues after the actual funeral is over.

Simon and his team took care of every detail of our dear mothers funeral with compassion and professionalism. The crematorium service, flowers and the printed order of service were lovely .Their charges were fair and transparent. They treated her with the utmost respect and us with care and compassion. In short, they treated us as if our beloved Mum was a member of their very own family. We were delighted with the service they provided and cannot recommend them highly enough

The help and support they gave was outstanding. The flowers were absolutely beautiful which we chose from an excellent catalogue. The Service Sheet was of good thick card and very well laid out and printed with the photos provided very well reproduced. Nothing was too much trouble for their team and always on hand to advise. They took all the stress out of decision making and the arrangements..
I can't recommend them highly enough.

From my first conversation with Simon I knew that my mum would be in good hands! 
He was so helpful and kind throughout the whole process, as was Robert. 
On the day everything was perfect and many of the guests commented on how impressed they were with Simon and Crescent. His choice of Emma as celebrant was a great match. 
After the service everyone agreed that Mum would approve!
One member of the family who has sadly attended many funerals felt that ours was the best and
I would not hesitate to recommend Simon and Crescent to anyone

This is the second time I have used the services of Robert and Simon and the help and support they have given me whilst coping with the loss of both my parents has been invaluable. They are outstanding funeral directors and moreover outstanding human beings with such respectfulness, empathy and good humour to guide you through an incredibly difficult time. They were in constant contact with me providing much needed reassurance and I know they will remain available for me to chat or ask advice at any point in the future too. Simon Hellier-Moore and his dedicated team could not have been more helpful, supportive, kind and attentive to our family in our recent family funeral. Simon was able to provide introductions to all of the many different services required to fulfil our funeral wishes. The COVID issue was handled with a certainty which enabled me to plan family and friends' attendance with the webcam facility which offered participation by so many who were unable to attend in person. Having to choose a funeral director in an area that is unknown to you can lead to a very hit and miss choice. After reading reviews for the local directors, our choice was made simply by looking at previous reviews. I have to say that I am sure that we couldn't have made a better one. From my very first phone call, Simon and Robert couldn't have been more caring and they sorted everything with minimal fuss which was very important during the stressful time of dealing with our mother's death. The day of the funeral was dealt with very respectfully and the team couldn't have been more helpful. I am so glad that we chose Crescent Funeral Services and would highly recommend them. Amazing trustworthy and professional funeral directors with a wealth of knowledge and nothing is too big for them to achieve. Have very quickly adapted to these new and unprecedented times of global pandemic and this has not caused the funeral of a loved one to suffer. Despite what is going on around the world and the global lockdown they still manage to give you that bespoke service as if you are their only client. They think of things and ideas you may not have thought of or discussed as a family and also during this period of lockdown despite restrictions being in place and maybe the ability to do everything u want to but cannot due to the government changes, they give you perfect alternatives in line with what you wanted to do initially. I cannot thank them enough and not can I praise Simon, Robert and the rest of their team for their family centred approach, where you are not just a number, or a cog in a wheel but each client is treated individually and made to feel like you are their best friend, their family but more importantly, you know that your loved one with them is in safe hands, safe, professional hands. Their commitment to their line of work is palpable and without this personal touch, these things would be made harder for the family to cope with. Thank you so much you were all amazing
