My Dads wishes were to keep things as simple as possible. I was concerned that because it was not going to be be a grand funeral he would not get the attention he deserved. From the moment of that first call the empathy/ respect we received from Simon and his team was exceptional. The calm and reassuring follow up calls were very supportive as we were guided through the next steps and who does what and when. It was clear that such conversations can go at whatever pace the client wants or needs. Nothing was too much trouble and for that I sincerely thank the Crescent team. I fully recommend the service and the respectful nature of their dealings throughout a difficult time.

Wonderful personal service that I cannot praise highly enough. In particular James Chorley a splendid young man who has been absolutely outstanding. His gentle holistic approach to undertaking is extraordinary. And all at Crescent have given me excellent service at a difficult time.

I was very impressed with this company when they managed everything so effectively and compassionately for my mum's funeral 2 years ago that I had no hesitation in calling on them again when the need arose. Once again everything was just as it should be. You only get one chance to get a funeral right and Simon understands how important it is.

I would highly recommend crescent funeral services.Simon and Robert were wonderful.they made the whole process less pain full .we were able to give my brother in law the funeral just the way he wanted .Emma Britton the celebrant who conducted the service put us all at ease at a very sad time . We cannot thank them enough.I would not hesitate to use the services in the future

I have to say both Simon and Robert have shown our family such a dignified ,professional and caring attitude.From start to finish Crescent Funerals have thought about everything all the little things, they have taken away much stress and worry.Given that we are in a pandemic they have been so caring helping us and have indeed treated our family with the upmost respect during these crazy times. Simon and Robert you have such an amazing team of colleagues that work with you all of them bring a different thing to the table and it certainly makes Crescent Funerals stand out with pure goodness and professionalism all round.we thank you for everything and wouldn't use anybody else going forward ever again. There are other funeral services out there but then there is Crescent ! They to us stand out from all the rest !.

The service provided by Simon and his team was unquestionably impressive. They attended to all the details of the funeral service, the arrangements with the cars, a beautiful floral tribute, faultless presentation of the Order of Service and guidance with the music with the utmost tact, sensitivity and compassion.
The photographic tribute set to music was extremely moving, and the recommendation of Emma Britton as the celebrant was a perfect choice. Simon was able to think ahead at a time when we as a family could not, and very thoughtfully arranged for a chair to be provided for my father during the graveside commendation. The only blip concerned the access to the webcast during the ceremony itself, which meant that certain members of the family were unable to view the service as it was being live-streamed. In spite of that, I would have no hesitation whatsoever in wholeheartedly recommending Crescent Funeral Services.

Simon and the team are incredible - warm, compassionate and with an attention to detail that gives you confidence from the moment you start the process of planning a funeral. We were so grateful for the level of support, as well as the advice and the focus on the finer details. We were able to say goodbye to Dad in the most special way possible, and that was in no small part down to the team at Crescent. Thank you for everything.

Having lost her long life husband and our wonderful dad we honestly couldn't of asked for anymore ..everything was perfect and most importantly mum was made to feel very relaxed with everything the service that we got from james ,simon ,Robert and Beverley was all we could have wished for just a perfect send off for Dennis and we all cant thank or recommend you enough.

Simon and the whole team were all so wonderful and so supportive during such a difficult time for my family. Every aspect of their service was extremely well organised, but done with such kindness and understanding - gently helping me every step of the way. Nothing was too much trouble. Simon and his team took care of every detail of our dear mothers funeral with compassion and professionalism. The crematorium service, flowers and the printed order of service were lovely .Their charges were fair and transparent. They treated her with the utmost respect and us with care and compassion.
