We chose to go with Crescent Funeral Service, as during this difficult time they were very compassionate and supportive. Robert was our FD and was very patient with us and was happy to explain steps for planning a funeral as this was our first time in doing this sort of thing. He was also very helpful in providing suggestions and recommendations that complemented traditions from different culture.

Thank you CFS and Robert for your help and providing a lovely service for my Dad.

From the moment they came to pick up mum the care and dedication and respect shown was obvious. 
Nothing was too much trouble, Simon answered all questions in detail and clearly. The planning was impeccable and we couldn’t have been happier with Simon and the team. 
This is not the first time I have had occasion to be in need of Simons services and each time he has been excellent. 
I am very happy to recommend

simon waa lovely. He knew l wanted the funeral in yeovil and went the extra miles from taunton so that l could hold it there.

Simon, whom I have known for many years, dealt with Jeff's funeral with great sensitivity in a difficult situation.  He was incredibly helpful and the service provided by him and all his team was superb - respectful and dignified.  The Jaguar hearse was a crowning glory to their service - something which Jeff would have greatly appreciated. I can wholeheartedly recommend Simon and Crescent Funeral Services to anyone suffering a bereavement, and am confident that their high standards of service will be reassuring and comforting.

The team at Crescent displayed the highest levels of professionalism, compassion and we could not thank them enough for taking care of Grandad on his final journey.
Everything was handled exactly as we hoped it would be and the reassurance and service we received from start to finish were second to none.
Simon and the team were very reassuring and caring, which put all family members minds at rest, knowing everything has been taken care of and Grandad would have the send off he deserved.

I can’t recommend Crescent highly enough. They made an extremely sad and stressful period a lot less painful with the time, kindness and care they afforded me. Never too busy to sit and have a chat with me, always replied to my emails promptly and did their utmost to answer all my queries and accommodate all my requests. These people know you only get one chance to get this right and engage accordingly. From the first phone call and follow-up email my confidence was high. This was justified throughout the process of arrangements and ultimately everything passed off as we wished it would. First class in every aspect.
