I can not say how fortunate we were to have crescent funeral Services to arrange our daughters funeral.
There was nothing that Simon and his team could not do for us. 
They we’re very professional yet very family orientated and on the day they could not do enough to assist in any way.
Although I would not wish anyone the heartbreak that our family has just gone through I do not believe that we would have got through it without the help and strength of Simon and the guys  a big thank you to all of them and I will be recommending them to all family and friends.

The moment I met Simon I knew my brother was going to be in safe hands. They helped me with everything and were very supportive of my feelings ideas worries and concerns. I honestly could not have got through the last two weeks without them and neither could my family members.

I cannot thank Jason and the team enough for everything they did from the first meeting to making sure things went smoothly on the day. Jason went above and beyond to provide assistance and support to us all every step of the way. We couldn't have got through it without him. Planning a funeral is a daunting experience and one many of us have little experience of but with crescent you are taken through it one step at a time with a friendly personal touch. Thank you!

I would recommend Simon Helliar-Moore and his team of consummate professionals very highly to carry out the funeral arrangements of a loved one. From my experience, they were kind and caring, and showed a genuine interest in the person who had passed-away, the family and their wishes for the funeral arrangements. Nothing was too much trouble and they were only too pleased to help with any questions or changes, even at late notice. The planning was made easy and they took care of all of the necessary intricacies required at a difficult and upsetting time. The family had full say over every aspect of the funeral, even down to how they wanted the service to commence and run. Simon and his team are also extremely respectful and accommodating, and offer an excellent 24/7 service to enable you to visit your loved one in their care. This extremely difficult time for a family is therefore made far more manageable by the way that they conduct their business. Highly recommended.

Simon was a fantastic support mechanism throughout the whole time period before during and after the cremation.
Every time we contacted the Cresent we had the correct answer within minutes .

Where to start? Simon and team were wonderful from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble and they were always there for me, day or night. They were sympathetic and compassionate without being cloying - and highly professional. Simon always allowed me to lead, but was equally ready with suggestions if I needed help. If I have omitted mention of anything, it is my lack, not theirs. They turned a bleak time into one of joy, hope and humour.

I can not praise Crescent Funeral Services enough, from the moment of ringing to book the appointment to the day of the service, they have been outstanding in every aspect of the service they offer. 

I would highly and in fact only recommend them, the day was truly amazing and ran like clockwork but most importantly was stress free, they did a wonderful job.

I can’t praise Simon and his team enough,from the day of our mums death to the interment of her ashes,they were there for us.When our father died we used another company and never again will we recommend anybody else but Simon and his team.Nothing was too much trouble,even accommodating the arrival of mums siblings and families from Lancashire late the day before the service for them to say their personal goodbyes to her.His hugs are amazing and you never feel that it’s just business but that they really care,Thank you Sue Limm

I cannot praise Simon and all the team high enough- in the midst of our shock,disbelief and sadness at losing someone so dear to us and so suddenly, they showed us such compassion and professionalism , we really felt cared for. Nothing was too much trouble and with their expert help, we were able to arrange a farewell that although totally heartbreaking , was very personal and a fitting tribute
