It was lovely. Simon met Dad with us to arrange Dads funeral. When the time came Simon was so kind, calm and very soothing. Dads wishes were carried out perfectly. Everyone came out of the service saying how lovely it was. Dad would be so happy to know his wishes were seen by all family and friends. Thank you so much Simon and everyone who works with him.

I had previously asked Crescent Funeral Services to manage the arrangements for my mother's funeral when she passed away at the end of last year, and there was no doubt in my mind about the people I wanted to be involved in arranging a ceremony for my father some months later. The service provided was very professional, friendly and highly respectful. I think, though, that beyond this there is a warmth and compassion throughout the team at Crescent Funeral Services, that somehow makes an extremely difficult time rather easier to bear. Nothing was too much trouble, and there was on occasion an almost intuitive understanding of how one might be thinking or feeling at any given moment. I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending their services.

I found Crescent Funeral Services very professional, very caring, very helpful and I would recommend them without reservation. They didn't put me under any time pressure, they printed an immaculate order of service sheet which included my photoshots in perfect colour balance and introduced me to the ideal celebrant to officiate the funeral service with the mix of religious and secular content required.
The lady put together a perfectly constructed narrative celebrating the life of the deceased based on the information provided by family members. My thanks to all concerned.
