Simon and his team were wonderful, caring and compassionate. I've never had to arrange a funeral before, they were very supportive and helped me through this difficult time. The flowers were beautiful as was the service. I was recommended them and would recommend them to others.

Hi lovely people ....what can I say other than ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL, I have never met such kind caring people in all my life, just a shame its under such sad circumstances. I cannot fault anything you did or said. You treated MY MARTIN so lovingly and made him look so handsome and peaceful. I am sad I cannot see him any more but know he was in such wonderful hands for the time he spent in your Parlour and I thank you from the bottom of my heart for everything you did for both of us. Crescent are kind, organised and very supportive. Their chosen celebrant and florist were amazing. I would recommend the Crescent to anyone needing help with funeral arrangements. Simon is incredibly gentle, kind and very helpful. I dreaded the day of my mums funeral but on the day I actually enjoyed it. It was beautiful. Many thanks to Simon Helliar-Moore for the services he provided and for recommending the very excellent Pauline Marston as celebrant.

Crescent are the most wonderful Funeral Directors. They are calm and gentle and treat you like their family. At a time when things are terrible, they help. They care for you - they do their best for you. They don't encourage you to buy other things because your loved one might like it. Your wishes are most important to them. As a member of the Clergy myself, I have dealt with them many times so there was never any doubt I would choose them when my father passed away. I would highly recommend them to everyone. They do what they do because they are called to do it - for them it's a vocation, not a job. Their staff have a beautiful heart and soul and at the worst of times they truly do make a difference.

Thank you, truly amazing, they nurtured us through the whole thing. Nothing was too much trouble, they made regular contact with us, not just to ask if we wanted different things but also to check on us and explain things to us.
