Excellent company, all staff were very kind, caring, supportive and nothing was a problem. They helped make a sad and difficult time easier to manage. The funeral itself went without any issues and the time leading up to the day any queries we had were answered a.s.a.p. We did have an issue with the plot but this was nothing to do with Terry's and they helped us to sort this out. Thank you to all, would recommend.

Kim and Michael were absolutely wonderful from the very first day we spoke about carrying out Mum's wishes as set out in her her pre paid funeral plan. We were offered advice regarding flowers, order of service, hymns, poems but only when we asked ..we were never pushed into anything we didn't want and Kim"s patience when I rang several times to change things or double check something , never wained! The office team were fantastic at finding information out for us regarding donations , and taking Mums fingerprints for us ( something that we'd not even thought about but now will treasure.always) as well as supplying is with coffee, tissues and biscuits when we most needed them! Michael rang me the day before Mums funeral to talk through the following day with me so that we as a family would know what to expect and he and his pall bearers even wore yellow ties ( Mums favourite colour) on the day..I cannot recommend C Terrys highly enough ..the sense of them being a Family business really shines through and we cannot thank them enough for giving our Mum the funeral that she wanted for herself..and for this we thank all the staff from the bottom of our hearts x

Nothing was too much trouble, the staff are caring and thoughtful. They are very professional and give lots of advice and help with the planning. The florist and printer's they recommended did a first class job. Lovely family concern who go above and beyond in making this sad time stress free

CTerry have been amazing every step of the way. Never having gone through this before myself and family had no idea where to start. CTerry gave amazing support throughout and the gave my beloved Dad the best and most dignified send off. They treated him with so much respect as he deserved. Thank you so much to all of the team. Especially Lisa who’s been incredibly understanding, patient and supportive. Held me when I’ve sobbed; given us time, listened and helped in every way she could. Highly recommend! lack of compassionate did very little pre funeral, poor customer service . disappointed felt let down. felt like dad had payment plan set up but was basic therefore he received basic service. unfortunately mum has same policy scary. dad would have been so disappointed, my brother is still shocked. i dealtwith my daughters funeral (so can compare funeral directors and C Terrys extremely poor) will never recommend C Terry.

They were absolutely brilliant they made the whole affair of arranging mums funeral really easy   Lisa put me and dad at ease straight away and it wasn’t morbid at all  I thought I would be sobbing arranging it with dad   The flowers were beautiful and what made it lovely was all the men wore red ties as that was mums favourite colour. I can’t thank you enough for everything you did for us everybody was helpful and we even had a few laughs   I would highly recommend you to anyone

We had a kind, sensitive and wonderfully caring service throughout the sad time of having to arrange a funeral. Jane handled the whole process thoughtfully guiding us in a professional manner .George was brilliant on the day , we felt ‘held’ by his reassurance and confidence and nothing was too much trouble. Reverend Amanda Linney, gave a wonderful service, having guided us through the whole process of the funeral with good advice., we felt at ease despite our sadness. What can we say about these amazing people? From initial contact with Kim to the funeral lead by Michael we have been helped and supported in every aspect. The personal care given is second to none. We were treated with sensitivity and compassion. There were a couple of stressful issues from an outside source which Kim and her team dealt with on our behalf. Thanks to all at Terry's for a professional service. We have used this company for our family bereavements since 1983 and once again they have surpassed.
