I was looking for a Family firm to arrange my husbands funeral. From the minute I rang and spoke to Chris Williams I felt comfortable.
Obviously never something you want to do but Chris went through one step at a time so it wasn't so overwhelming. He listened to our desires and was sensitive to them. After discussion he contacted a minister for us and he was perfect and my husband would have got on so well with him.
Chris rang the day before the funeral and assured us he would be with us every step of the way and he certainly was.
On the day his gentle voice guided us and was so appreciated at a time when you just feel numb.
Two of my Grandsons were able to help carry their Grandpa and it mean't so much to them.
Everyone who attended felt comforted and uplifted and impressed by the respect given to the body of my husband David.

The service me and my family have received from Terry's has been amazing from start to finish. They provided gentle and caring support throughout. Nothing was too much trouble and they were sensitive to the needs of everyone at such a difficult time. Chris and his team were wonderful and could not have given more. Thank you Terry's for your handling of my mother's funeral arrangements. Everyone was so understanding, helpful and considerate. Thank you also to your pall bearers who carried the coffin into the chapel with great dignity and the two gentlemen who waited patiently for us while we talked with the friends and family who had been able to come to the service, before driving my son and myself back to my mother's house.
An excellent service. I would highly recommend Terry's.

We have unfortunately had to use their services three times in just over a year, on each occasion they have provided a compassionate and personal service, nothing was too much trouble.
They show great attention to detail, support for us and respect for the family members we have lost.

I cannot express how pleased and happy I am with the service Terry’s provided. From the minute I phoned and asked them to collect my mum to when they returned me and my sisters home after the funeral everything was done with such compassion and feeling. They treated me like one of the family whenever I needed to speak to them. Nothing was to much trouble. So a massive thank you to everyone at Terry’s.

C Terry’s is absolutely fantastic! They really are so genuinely kind and caring in every thing they do. They have so much time for you and nothing is rushed. I looked at a few funeral directors when sorting out my dads funeral plans and I’m so glad that C Terry’s were recommended to me.

I would like to say a few words about my mothers funeral .In these covid times it,s hard to put the funeral you would like but terry,s did a superb job very professional all the way threw and the minister who spoke about my our mothers life did a really great job serious at times but put all the happy and fun times we had together which we all had a good laugh at. overall we were very happy with how things went and would like to thank terry,s for a very good funeral.

Kim and the staff at Terry's made a horrible time in our lives bearable. They were truly professional with the personal family touch, they made the planning process seem like they had known our family for years. Kind, caring and always on the end of the phone if needed. The day was just how my Dad would of wanted it, even down to the tribute NCFC ties worn by the staff. Looked after on the day and everything ran like clockwork. We thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
