Very caring and helpful staff. Efficient and friendly service. Office staff and funeral director remained in contact throughout to confirm details of service, confirming arrival of flowers etc and even asking if I would like the undertakers to wear red ties as most of the floral tributes were red and white. A nice gesture much appreciated. Arranging a funeral is something no one ever wants to do but everyone at C. Terry helped to make this distressing time less of an ordeal.

The recent funeral of my Dad was the hardest thing my family have ever had to do, and I cannot express how grateful I am to C Terry Funeral Services for the absolutely outstanding care and service that my Dad and my family have received throughout the entire process.
The personal approach by all members of the company was constant, from caring for my Dad, providing a sensitive approach to me when I visited, allowing me to visit on numerous occasions during the time leading up to the funeral, keeping my Son (who was taking care of the arrangements as I found it extremely difficult) up-to-date at all stages, and making the whole process as streamlined, respectful and professional in every aspect.
The team attending on the day even wore ties in my Dad's favourite colours! They arrived on time at my home, allowed everyone the time they needed before leaving, and ensured that we arrived at the venue in time. During and after the service, we were again treated with the utmost respect and care, for which we are all so grateful.
Very special thanks go to Ben, who looked after my Dad so brilliantly while he was in his care, and for arranging to attend the service so as to see things through to the end and to provide a familiar face on the day, and for Michael for his outstanding help, support and care on the day.
This company have gone above and beyond for us at this incredibly distressing time. In times when good customer service can sadly be very elusive, we were able to rely on excellence at a time when we needed it more than ever. A huge thank you!

With Covid 19 restrictions, we had the best support possible from C Terry's and we wouldn't entrust any of our loved ones with any other funeral director. This family business was our first and only choice to use for a funeral when my dad passed away 4 years ago, and more recently last month when we lost my mum. All the Terry family and other staff were very supportive and helpful, and showed an enormous amount of empathy and made my mum's funeral very personable. We wouldn't use any other funeral directors in our area and we've used these through the generations aswell. Very reliable and helped ease some of our stress during this difficult loss, and we couldn't thank them enough.

I could not fault the service I received from Terry's. At each step I was dealt with compassion, kindness and understanding. Everything was clearly explained to me and nothing was too much trouble. I felt completely taken care of and on the day of the funeral they were present throughout giving wonderful support all the while displaying complete professionalism. I have now used their services for both of my parents (12 years apart) and don't hesitate to recommend them.
