We was very well looked after from start till finish  Chris made a difficult and heartbreaking time a little easier. They was kind and thoughtful and on the day the whole team was respectful and guided us. Also a big thank you to Dawkins Florist in Bulwell, what amazing flowers . The people were very friendly, understanding and extremely helpful in organising a funeral for my mother which had to be arranged in very challenging circumstances. The service was carried out just as the family wished. I cannot praise them highly enough.

C Terry were professional from the very start.Compassionate, caring and friendly from the day my late mum signed up for the golden charter plan over 4 years ago.
They did my mum proud.And made me feel at ease that everything was just as my mum had wished for. Thank you so much to Kim,George and the team.
Loosing a loved one is the hardest thing to go through,but having a fantastic team looking after your loved one after death like they one of their own is so heart warming.
Even though I have no plans of needing their services for many,many years I will definitely be using their services.Thankyou All the team at Terrys ❤

Terry’s dealt with my fathers death in a very professional and caring way from the moment he was reported to have passed away until the end of the funeral.
I have nothing but praise for Mike, Kim and all of their dedicated staff for the speedy and thorough way they dealt with the process or any requests from the family. I would not hesitate to recommend them to any of my friends without reservation.
