Excellent service but would have liked to organise everything through the funeral directors. Also not a lot of opportunities to visit mum. Otherwise very sympathetic and good communication. Felt mum was cared for and they helped a lot as we needed to do things very quickly

C Terry went above & beyond for my mums funeral, nothing was too much trouble. Jane (reception) is amazing, she is a truly lovely lady & very easy to talk to at what was a difficult time. George is the ultimate professional, even walking in front of the hearse despite the sudden snow shower.
C Terry couldn't have done any more to make the day go as smoothly as possible so thank you for your professionalism, dedication & respect shown to my mum & family on the day.

The day my Mums Funeral went as well as I could have hoped . 
The Funeral cars turned up on time and the floral tributes had be displayed well. George Terry Jnr was amazing and nothing was too much trouble.

C Terry have been incredible in helping to put together the perfect funeral for my mum. They have been, kind, compassionate and professional at all times and this enabled mums day to go perfectly. They looked after mum and made me feel like she was in the safest hands.
Everyone complimented the cars and the overall service.
 I mainly dealt with Jayne who was so lovely that whenever I called it felt like I was calling a friend. Thank you for everything C Terry. You helped to take the pressure off the hardest experience of my life.

Everyone at C Terrys was so easy to deal with and made a terrible situation a little easier to deal with. We dealt with Jane who was very compassionate in the offices and Kevin was our funeral director who couldn't do enough for us on the day of the funeral especially.
