In loving memory of Judith Ann Bennett who sadly passed away on 4th February 2026. Flowers or donations to Alzheimers Society may be sent to C Terry Funeral Services, 244 Bulwell High Road, Bulwell, Nottingham NG6 8NU Tel: 0115 9770866. There will be a donation box on the day of the funeral.
Our beautiful mum, Judy — a woman who filled our lives with love, laughter, warmth and kindness. A warmth that could be felt by everyone who knew her. Her love wasn’t something she measured or held back — it was unconditional, constant, and freely given. She made everyone feel safe, valued, and deeply cared for, simply by being her.
Her family was her world. She adored her children, and she absolutely doted on her grandchildren. Nothing brought her more joy than seeing them smile, hearing their laughter, and being part of their lives.
Mum also had a wonderful sense of humour and a young-at-heart spirit that never faded. She could make people laugh, lift a room with her presence, and turn ordinary moments into special memories.
Although our hearts are broken, we are so grateful to have been blessed with her in our lives. Grateful for her hugs, her laughter, her guidance, and the countless quiet acts of love that shaped who we are today.
We will miss her every day.
But her kindness will live on in the way we treat others.
Her laughter will echo in our memories.
And her love will remain in our hearts — always.
Thank you, Mum, for everything.
For your love, your strength, your joy, and your beautiful heart.

Judy, my original and number 1 MIL. Having known you for 40 years it is hard to imagine life without you. I have so many lovely, and funny memories to cherish and I will always be grateful that you continued to welcome me when things changed. Your home was always one of welcome...and a cuppa... and who could forget beans on a Sunday dinner! You lived for your family and they were all there for you at the end, which is testament to how loved you were. You will be forever missed, but always loved and remembered. Kate xxx

To Mamma, Thank you for everything you have done for us. For your unconditional love and friendship. You were a beautiful person inside and out, truly a rarity to find, always putting everyone before yourself, especially your babies and grandbabies. Thank you for being such a big part of who I am today. I feel so unbelievably lucky that you were a part of my life. I hope that in my next life I can have you as my mamma again. Your legacy will live on in the way I raise my future children, and I will try to be just as good a mum and mamma as you have been to us all. I miss you and our daily cuddles already, but I know you will never be too far away. I love you more than words could ever explain. From your Abbie xxxx
