Terrys were recommended to us for our sons funeral. 
We could not of been better looked after during the hardest and most heartbreaking time of our lives. 
Jane promised she would look after our James and she did with love and honesty. 
George made the hardest day of our lives more bearable with his kindness and sensitivity.
Emma on front reception always made us feel welcome and nothing was ever too much trouble. 
 Our beautiful boy was in the best hands possible and we will be eternally grateful xx

This is the second time I have used the funeral services of Terry's. Overall I have found them to be very good on both occasions. On the initial meeting to arrange my mums funeral, I found this to be a very much tick box exercise and too business like, maybe setting expectations initially may have helped. I also did not like the terminology used on how my mum could be presented for viewing and found this to be quite distressing at such a sad time. I did address this with the office person in question and they were very sorry for this. Id like to thank Michael and the team who showed nothing but kindness and compassion during my mums final journey and service it was second to none and I am very grateful for this. Without a doubt I would recommend their services again as I'm sure the feedback given in the moment will avoid any unnecessary hurt in the future.

They are so caring , professional and courteous , George and Lisa delt with us most and they didn’t rush us at all , they Listened and helped us through the process, they carried out our route to the crematorium we asked for without any question, couldn’t recommend them more .
