From the first point of contact to the day of the funeral Terry's provided us with an exemplary service - there was just one small point, it might be an idea to inform the congregation just before services commence, when donations are requested. It appeared that no-one spotted the donation box when we left (but nor did they spot it on the Orders of Service either).

I cant thank you all enough,,,every member of staff so helpfull and friendly,,,if there is such a thing,,it was the perfect send off,,using the horse and carrage was so beautifull and a real head turner,,,i felt that i had done my hubby proud with what i organised and C Terry made this possible and carrying out my wishes with the ashes,,,,
i wish that i had used C Terry with my fathers funeral
