I WOULD TOTALLY RECOMMEND TERRYS. THEY WERE ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. I lost my beloved mum in June 2026.  I was very sceptical going into Terrys , not knowing what to expect, but I needn’t have been. They were amazing. Jacqui put me at ease immediately and was professional and efficient but very friendly. The funeral was planned quickly with all the wishes left by mum and myself. I was informed of every stage and what to expect. I was paired with an amazing celebrant Rebecca who came to visit me at home. We immediately got on. The actual funeral was beautiful and went really well with such precision. Kevin and the other Pallbearers were respectful and friendly. I really have no fault with Terrys at all it was perfect. If needed in these circumstances do not go anywhere else. They made a difficult time much easier, nothing was too much trouble. Thank you.

Everybody at C.Terry is wonderful.From the moment of first contact through to Mum's funeral,we couldn't have asked for more compassionate,understanding and supportive people.
They genuinely care,they are more than accomodating and a special thanks must be given to Jacqui who supported,guided and helped us navigate our loss as a family. Right from the start,nothing was ever too much trouble...Thankyou Jacqui,you are a beacon of light in the darkest of times and a credit to the business.
Thanks also to Michael Terry who directed with the grace,respect and genuine care that everyone in his family business have always possessed.

First class I would 100% recommend there service, they asked if we would like a person to do the service and we asked Rebecca, everything was done with such care and understanding, it was Jacqui Gomes she took us through the process and made our pain much easier to bare she even made us laugh a few times, her advice even down to flowers, order of service was done with real care and compassion. We also had a little problem at the service but Rebecca delt with it so well, I can only say no one could have done better. When all said and done they gave mum a service that she would have been proud of us all, Thank you C Terry Funeral Services

Many thanks.It was everything Terry wanted.All the staff were excellent very professional and friendly.
The difficult time before the funeral was made as easy as possible and I would recommend everyone to plan their funeral well before as this removes all the stress from those left behind.
From start to finish the whole process was exceptional.The many people who attended were very complimentive.

Jacqui, George and Jane were absolutely amazing from start to finish. They looked after Mam — and all of us — with so much kindness and genuine care. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and they made a really hard time feel that bit easier.

They were patient, supportive, and always there when we needed them. Every detail was handled beautifully, and it meant the world to us to see Mam treated with such respect and warmth.

We couldn’t have asked for better people to help us through this. Truly grateful for everything they did.

I cannot stress enough how Terry’s helped my family and I arrange the hardest day of our life’s 
What I thought would be a difficult process was made so easy.
Every detail was taken care of in such a professional and courteous manner. We were filled with confidence from day one. 
It didn’t matter how many times we called Jane she was there with the answer. She was truly amazing.
On the day Jez (Celebrant) Kevin and Terrys staff were so respectful and nothing was too much trouble. 
The day was made into a joyous occasion and true celebration for  my beloved husband and father. 
Everyone at Terry’s helped us get through the toughest day we have ever experienced.

I cannot thank the team at C . Terry's enough. They were outstanding from the first meet up right through until the end.
They show compassion, and listen to your needs and their attention to detail is second to none. On the day my Dad passed, George came to collect him, he was so kind and thoughtful in everything he did. George also looked after us on the day. My Dad had a Nottingham Forest themed funeral celebration, having his last ride in the Nottingham Forest hearse which Terry's arranged for us. On the day,George came a little earlier so that we could take Dad for his last trip to the City Ground, slowing down on Trent Bridge, we was not expecting this and it was down to George that this extra special touch took place.
We could not be any happier that Dad had an amazing send off. Thank you, George, Kim, Mike and Gemma.
