We wish to extend our heartfelt appreciation for the service we received from C. Terry funeral directors. From our first meeting with Jane and subsequently with other members of the staff, to the team members who officiated at Wilford Hill Crematorium, we were treated with respect, dignity and compassion. Nothing was too much trouble and made a very difficult time manageable. Their help with the funeral arrangements; the recommendation of the minister to officiate and the company to print the Order of Service made for a flawless ceremony which celebrated the life and the passing of our loved one.

I cannot thank C Terry Funeral Services enough for their compassion and helpfulness. Our main contact, Lisa, was so kind and approachable - I felt nothing was too much trouble for her and her advice & support was priceless at such a difficult time.

The funeral arrangements for my Aunt were perfect and I know she would certainly have approved.

I am so grateful for all Lisa and her colleagues did for us.

We were really nervous for our initial chat but Lisa made us feel so comfortable and made the process easy. Jane was lovely and had a wonderful humour that was very welcome and Jackie really looked after us and made everything run perfectly on the day. Terrys is our family’s funeral directors over many years and it feels like you are dealing with a family not a business.
