Very friendly, helpful staff who couldn't do enough for me; arranged the flowers, the Vicar and even the bereavement notice in the local paper. Nothing was too much trouble, they took away all the stress. I would strongly recommend them.

I felt they genuinely cared and couldn't do enough to ensure your loved one had the send off they would have wanted. I can’t overstate what an amazing place Terry’s is. When you are going through one of the hardest things in your life, they are there with compassion, care and professionalism. Nothing is too much trouble. Nothing is rushed. They really take the time and care that is required and go above and beyond for you and your loved ones. Jane was our main point of contact and was superb from start to end. She really gets to know her families and helps you create the most amazing day for your loved one.
