The personal service that was provided by Gillotts was second to none.  Compassion, empathy and respect by all the staff, is only a few of the words that I could use, to describe the experience we as a family had from them. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and they went over and above to accommodate our requests when dealing with my late father. I would recommend them to anyone who has the need for a first class service at such awful times.

Absolutely amazing, catered for all our needs, dealt with ordering the flowers for us, such a caring company, exceptional, caring people, nothing was too much trouble. I would definitely recommend Gillotts to anyone who wanted a funeral with that extra special care, as they do. Thank you from the bottom of ours hearts for making a hard day such a pleasurable experience.

After the loss of my husband Helen came and visited our home and started us on the road to
planning his funeral. It was done with utmost care, kindness and professionalism.
We also had the same kind of experience with Helen Jones the celebrant who we told that we didn't want anything too sombre.
She delivered exactly what we asked for a respectful but light hearted celebration of his life.
Thanks also to all the staff at Selston always willing to help and always at the end of the phone if needed.

The staff at Gillotts were exceptional. From the first meeting to the day of our fathers funeral, they were professional, empathetic and supported us throughout. They also went the extra mile to arrange for our late mother’s ashes to be interned with my fathers. We couldn’t recommend them highly enough.
