This was a very hard thing to try and sort for some one who was so special and dearly loved. Although we knew some parts of a service that we would like , we just needed some guidance to make it perfect. Emma helped us to do this . Throughout their involvement with us, they have been just excellent in everything. They give you time when needed, or do things quickly if needed. Nothing ever seems to be a bother to them which is just what we needed in these difficult times. All the staff we came across were so friendly, understanding, kind and caring, and always acted so very professionally. We were totally confident that they would provide us with this standard of service, as we have used them before. We really cannot praise or thank them enough.
