I last dealt with R B Copping’s 7 years ago when sorting my Auntie Pat’s funeral and I was happy to be dealing with them again for Pat’s sister my Auntie Mary’s funeral, I knew we were in safe hands. 

Emma Stork is such a lovely lady and she was very helpful and compassionate with the organisation of the funeral, from organising the church, vicar, recommendation of a catering (who were amazing - Flour Pot Catering) to the order of service and other general things that need to be discussed. Emma was always happy to help with any questions that I had up to the funeral and on the day both

Emma and Martin were lovely making sure we were all ok. 
Martin took me into the church to show where the wreath I had made could go and also the framed photos for on the casket. I also want to thank Emma for checking that my Dad was ok while we were at the grave side as he was rather close to the edge looking in on Mary’s casket. She was probably worried that he was over come by it all or that he might fall in, instead my Dad was just interested in the depth of the hole, that’s my Dad! But thank you Emma for asking him if he was ok. 

I would definitely recommend R B Copping Independent Family Funeral Service, says it all in the name. Thank you again.

Emma and her dedicated team organised the most dignified funeral for my father; she makes the whole process bearable and nothing is too much trouble.

Emma also arranged my mother's funeral nearly six years ago and the same high and caring standards applied this time.

Emma at Rb Copping couldn’t be more sympathetic and understanding when it came to organising my late mothers funeral. She kept us informed and reassured us along each step of the way when it came to dealing with Mum‘s funeral and looking after her, nothing was ever too much trouble and made the whole process a lot easier when us as a family we’re going through such a tough time.
