In all dealings with Copping - right from the first phone call all the way through to the Cremation Service and Ashes arrangements - their service, advice and support to our family at this hard time has exceeded excellence. They seemingly effortlessly (but working hard in the background I'm sure) helped us understand practicalities outside of their remit; they dealt with all official formalities and spiritual parties involved; they dealt with us accordingly in our different stages of grief; nothing was too much trouble (even beyond-the-usual requests); and their treatment of my Dad - from when they first had him to 'stay', to when they took him on his last dignified final journey in their beautiful Classic Jaguar Daimler, Linda walking him from our drive, pausing at his old haunts, driving slowly to the Crematorium. They ensured his service flowed beautifully, from following his coffin in, the music played, the little personal touches, to leaving the crematorium - in exactly the way my Dad would have wanted and in a way that his family and friends needed. Very helpful in spite of family problems being created between both parties of the family. The funeral director managed to keep the piece and handle everybody in a professional manner and of course having to cope with Covid restrictions at the church and Waveny Crematorium with snow coming down on the day. I would use them again.

Emma and all her staff at RB Copping, Poringland made what was a very distressing time so much easier to deal with. From our 1st meeting shortly after my mum died until the funeral itself everything was dealt with extremely professionally but also sympathetically.Nothing was too much trouble and Emma seemed to instinctively know exactly what kind of funeral I wanted.The actual funeral ran very smoothly and all my family and family were most impressed.In these strange times I don’t think anyone else could have provided such a perfect end to someone who was so very special.

Thank you Emma for the excellent and very professional way Rosie's cremation service and the later thanksgiving at Colney Wood were realised.  Many have commented that the thanksgiving was a lovely occasion and all the better for being recorded for those who couldn't be there on the day.   I very much appreciated your personal empathy, support and advice.  Arranging some of the pottery Rosie had produced on the table with her ashes was a brilliant idea!
