We are all very grateful for the way Copping Family Funeral Services guided us through the process of arranging and preparing for Dad’s funeral. From the first telephone call to their team on the morning of Dad’s death, the transfer of his body to the chapel, our initial meeting, the exchanges and telephone contact that followed and of course the arrangements on the day itself.

Nothing was too much. I know its their day to day business and it would be very easy for staff to say ‘its what we do’ but we were made to feel that they were just dealing with us and again nothing was too much. Emma Stork explained everything in a clear and straightforward way with empathy and understanding at every turn.

Since the funeral, many of those present have commented on the service, referring to how suitable it was to Dad and how ‘it was so him’. Mum herself feels that it was just right for him, with a balance of memories, reflections and the songs that reminded us all of him. Coppings played their part in ensuring that was so.

I would like to thank Emma particularly for the very professional and indeed empathetic way, she supported us with the funeral arrangements and I would like you to pass our sincere thanks on to all the team. We will remember the part Coppings played in this, making our farewell to Dad exactly as both he and we wished for.
