Emma & her team took the stresses out of arranging Mum's funeral at what has been a very difficult time.  The professionalism, kindness and attention to detail of Emma and her colleagues was wonderful & made the whole process bearable. I truly felt that Mum was in the hands of very caring and respectful people before and during her funeral which was comforting and reassuring.  
I have no hesitation in recommending this family run business who have maintained the family and personal values that a family run business should be. There is no "selling" pressure and the costs are extremely competitive.  I can't recommend RB Coppings highly enough. Thank you all.

Coppings were very caring and supportive at a time when I needed it most. They were very good at helping me to put together a service that I felt my wonderful late wife deserved. There was no pressure to have add-ons that I didn't need or ask for. On the day of the funeral they were very much in the background and the celebrant that they recommended to me and who led the service was absolutely brilliant. My family, friends and neighbours all commented that it was the most uplifting service that they had ever attended. They worked extremely well with Waveney Memorial Park and Crematorium which was chosen by my late wife for her final journey. Funerals can be expensive affairs we are told but I have to say that I had absolutely no complaints in this respect either. A local firm chosen for their proximity when I was in the depths of despair but thank goodness I found myself near them at a time when I needed somebody to quietly and unobtrusively give me the help I needed.

At a very difficult time R B Coppings made sure everthing went calmly and smoothly and coordinated all the different people and organisations . Everyone was compassionate and happy to discuss things with us ,meaning we were able to have exactly the funeral we wanted for my mum.

Emma and her team were absolutely brilliant. They were professional and caring throughout. It was the first funeral I had to arrange and sadly it was for my mum.
