Although arranging a funeral is always a sad job, dealing with Emma Copping and the team is always a pleasure.  Nothing is too much trouble and everything is possible. They are very pleasant and always very professional. On the two occasions we have employed them, we have been left with the happy feeling of a job well done and a suitable farewell arranged. I have lived all of my 76 years in the village where the late Reg. Copping started his funeral business. The excellent reputation he built up is in very good hands. I have never seen a grave finished with such care and sensitivity.

Emma & Martin made me feel so comfortable with every part of the process, being part of every step from planning to being with Dad in his last car journey to placing him in his final resting place has been an experience I’ll never forgot, Emma has been so helpful and supportive even still to this day she has said I can come anytime to chat, they both made my journey though this unforgettable, it will be a memory I’ll hold forever, so I thank you both for letting me be free with everything we done for Dad on his day.

Right from the first time I met Lynda, I knew that I would be given not only a professional job but her caring nature and attention to detail was 2nd to none. I would also like to add that Jerry was also so very understanding and caring. On the whole for what was one of the hardest things I have done , they made it so easy as they took care of everything with care and understanding. Couldn’t praise them enough.

As this was my first experience of sorting out a funeral I found Emma very helpful and thoughtful with everything that we needed to organise for Auntie Pat’s funeral. Especially when it came to the order of service as I was quite particular on how I wanted it layed out. The other members of staff that I spoke with were helpful to. I was recommended by a family friend to go through Coppings and I to would recommend them myself. Thank you for everything.

It's tough losing someone close to you. And it seems daunting to arrange a funeral for the first time with your emotions all over the place. Linda Tonks was totally marvellous and really couldn’t have done more to help during this very sad time. She was so kind and understanding, nothing was too much trouble, and she gently took me through the options without rushing me and was also highly efficient in her organisation of the funeral arrangements. I would definitely want to use her services again and strongly recommend her and her team to you!
