I can not thank R B Copping enough for their kindness and professionalism throughout. We were both ‘carried’ and gently looked after at our worst of times. 

Our wishes were met with such sensitivity and understanding. Thank you in particular to Emma who was outstanding in ever possible aspect, from visiting the family at home, where infinite time was given, to guidance regarding viewing my father and the respect given to my dearest father throughout and  on his final journey. 

Our wish for an exhibition of his Art in the Church and our choice of somewhat complicated, multiple pieces of music were facilitated with ease by Emma to ensure the day was a truly beautiful and sensitive tribute. There was an in-depth knowledge and efficient coordination that meant any undue stresses were taken off the family. 

My family and I  are truly indebted to this wonderful firm.

We would just like to say an enormous thanks for everything you have done regarding Dad’s Funeral and preparation. The day went perfectly and everyone , and I mean everyone , commented on what a wonderful service and gathering it was. These things are never easy , and obviously it was our first time being directly involved in the preparation and the service itself. Four weeks or so ago it all appeared rather daunting if we’re honest but you made it so easy and seamless for us.
