From the time we asked R B Copping to collect our beloved Sylvia's body from Priscilla Bacon Lodge, we were treated with great respect and sensitivity. The process was clearly and gently explained to us with what the funeral director would do and what we needed to do ourselves to ensure the process went smoothly. Our various requests in relation to devising the funeral service were dealt with very professionally and efficiently, and their liaison with ourselves and the officiating celebrant was first class. We have nothing but praise and grateful thanks for the way all the staff at R B Copping have dealt with our family at this stressful and emotional time and we would have no hesitation at all in recommending their services to anyone who needs them.

Our Funeral Director Linda Tonks and the attending funeral operatives provided a wonderful and caring funeral service to our family up to and including our mother's cremation service at Breckland Crematorium. Nothing was too much trouble for Linda and her team. Our family and friends are hugely grateful to you all for making this stressful and sad experience as comforting as possible for us all.

I highly recommend Copping's. The whole team made what is a difficult and emotional time as smooth and easy as possible. They are thorougly respectful, kind and empathetic in helping get the funeral organised according to the family's wishes. They handled first my father's and then my mother's funerals, nine years apart, and remembered us when we were organising my mother's, which was lovely.
