We could not have wished for a better send off for our beloved dad and grandad. Coppings were compassionate, sympathetic, professional from the very first phone call. Nothing was too much trouble and the organisation of the day and the whole presentation of the Coppings team was immaculate.

Emma is amazing, she makes what is a difficult time so calm and easy.  This was my mothers funeral, she also dealt with my father’s funeral some years ago. The communication between us was excellent and all questions however small were answered immediately. 
Emma felt like a friend after the funeral. It was a pleasure, even under the circumstances to deal with a small independent company, such a personal service.

They were extremely accommodating and we felt that nothing was too much trouble. They handled the funeral itself with great dignity and coped extremely well with any issues that arose. We, as a family have used R B Copping Funeral Services many times over several decades. They are so compassionate and professional in every way possible. We recently lost a loving husband, dad, grandad, family member and friend. They did a wonderful, respectful job from when he passed right up until his funeral respecting all our wishes. Emma and her colleagues did a wonderful job for me, letting me get on with organising the funeral as I wanted it but with subtle hints here and there to make it flow.
They suggested I use Jill Yaxley as Celebrant and she too was wonderful.
So helpful in making it all flow. Nothing was too much trouble and all went very well. I wanted family as pall-bearers and the Coppings team helped us get it right unobtrusively.
