Whilst l was really pleased with the funeral itself l was unhappy with the invoice. It had increased by £450 with no explanation. I had to ring and find out why . A mistake had been made and I was expected to accept it . I call that poor customer service.

We were welcomed by Joanna who made the process for choosing the funeral that was relative to our mother, Joanna was vey thoughtful and helpful, there was nothing that we had to deal with.
We couldn’t have asked for any more. We would highly recommend letting her and the rest of the team to anyone.

The funeral directors were recommended by neighbours and were friendly and professional. There were some last minute changes but on the whole these were substitutions for the better and made a difficult day easier to navigate.

My Mum had been clear on the Order of Service she wanted and we were able to fulfill her wishes and likewise with the scattering of her ashes.

I would recommend A W Lymm as a supportive service during an heightened emotional experience.

From our very first contact with Stacey, she couldn’t have been anymore caring and compassionate towards us a family at the most terrible time for us.  Every little detail was covered and handled with the upmost respect. They put is un in touch with a fantastic celebrant who put together a beautiful service for our final farewell to our loved one.  When the day of the funeral arrived, the gentleman arrived in the cars on time and they made sure we were all looked after and took the time to speak with us and explained all what was going to happen.  Everyone who attended the funeral said it was a beautiful service and we can’t thank A.W Lymn Mansfield woodhouse enough for this.  We would highly recommend them to anyone in need of their services.

We would like to express our deepest gratitude to all at AW Lymn for the exceptional service we received. From the moment we spoke to Jahnet we knew we were in good hands. Jahnet was exceptional throughout and was always there to answer any questions we had and she and even called us regularly to check we were ok. Jahnet is a credit to your organisation and we can’t thank her enough. Arranging a funeral for a loved one when you live a couple of hundred miles away isnt easy, but Jahnet made it so. Arranging a funeral from a distance (200miles) couldn’t have been made easier. All went to plan, the Rolls Royce H25/30 brought a smile to the “boys” faces and the service at Gedling crematorium was perfect for the occasion. Thanks to all staff involved, especially Malcolm and Russell.

From the start to finish Fiona at the Spondon branch was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble and for this I am so very grateful. Losing someone so special is very difficult but knowing that you can rely on someone so dedicated is extremely comforting.
