We found Jonathan at A.W.Lymn was caring and professional and the service they provide was what we had come to expect from a respected funeral director. The whole process was without hassle which is what you need at times like this.

Empathetic, patient, helpful and considerate. Walked us carefully through each element of what needed to happen and provided contacts and advice for ancillary services. A measured, well judged and authentic provider of a service no one relishes engaging with. They brought a human and personal touch to a difficult time. Outstanding.

I cannot thank Joanna and Richard at Lymns Clifton Nottingham enough for the support and service they delivered to give our mum an excellent, perfect send off. ❤️
This was a very difficult time for us and sadly a whole new experience for the family yet they guided us through it with ease and plenty of patience 🙏
Nothing was too much for them to do or sort out and kept an open line of communication throughout.
They did our mum/grandma/sister/friend proud and I will be telling everyone who listens this too.
Keep doing what you are doing because you are a strength of support and comfort in a yet sad and distressing time of a family who has just lost a loved one.

My mum,s funeral was all that i asked for. No problems from my initial phone call when Mum passed, to the actual funeral. Care, compassion and proffesionalism was what i knew we would recieve when i spoke to Teresa at Ruddington. Thank You.

I couldn’t fault the service I received from A.W. Lymn, Carlton in any way, from taking my husband in to care to the funeral and after.
They were just extremely professional, friendly, caring, efficient and helpful in every aspect . Nothing was too much trouble for them.
They guided me through every step.

Paul Richardson and the Carlton team were wonderful. Very kind and caring & very professional and respectful.
At such a sad time Paul had everything in hand and offered advice and guidance at every step. Rachel was recommended to lead the service and she too did a wonderful job in celebrating Barbara’s love of life.
