We just want to say a huge thank-you to Kirby and her team. We were thankful that Kirby was our funeral organiser as originally this was not the case. We felt fortunate to have her guide us through the logistics of organising our dads funeral at what was and is an extremely difficult time. She patiently and compassionately listened to our requirements and was committed to ensuring the day was as just as we wanted it even when there were complications with the cathedral. As such her attention to detail and knowledge of us as a family and professionalism meant the day of the funeral was the best send off we could have given our dad. Thank-you for your compassion and your support was a God send and we truly feel it was fate Kirby was sent to us after our dad died. Additionally after the funeral, when we contacted Kirby with a request for my mum, she went above and beyond to fulfil this too. Thank-you Kirby for being there for us as a family... words cannot express our gratitude. We would whole-heartedly recommend A.W. Lymn Wollaton.

The staff at Beeston Lymn’s were excellent organising the funeral, nothing to much trouble, very caring to us, always aware of our feelings.

I was extremely happy that I decided on Lymn's to do the funeral of my younger brother. Tracey was extremely helpful and compassionate from the day I telephoned and when I went in to discuss all the arrangements. The celebrant Mark was also very compassionate and did a great job reading out Lee's eulogy, and going above and beyond asking if there was anything he could wear that would tie in with Lee. I mentioned that all the men were wearing Adidas trainers, as a memory of Lee, so he asked if he could wear them with his suit too along with a tie pin. Donna was the funeral director for the day and telephoned me in the morning to introduce herself and to make sure I was aware of everything that was going to be happening on the day, and if I needed anything. I can't thank you all enough for all your support during this difficult time, and giving Lee the send off he deserved ❤️

From the moment we walked into the office to organise the funeral, the funeral director, Dominic was very professional. He dealt with us with compassion and understanding. He guided us through the process of organising a funeral and made it easy to understand. On the day, the funeral went perfectly, and all who attended were impressed by the way things were conducted.

From our first contact with Lymms through to funeral and beyond Georgia could not have been anymore helpful, every contact was polite courteous, nothing was too much trouble. The call with Donna before the funeral to check everything was lovely. Overall nothing could have been better. Thank you for all for making a difficult time so much easier for all of us.

The service we received from LYMNS was truly amazing the staff was always happy to answer any questions and carried out our wishes brilliantly. As would be expected with an organisation with a reputation like Lymn's, the affairs of my father's funeral were handled with care, sensitivity and absolute respect. They listened to our every breath and responding perfectly each time, respecting all our choices with kindness and understanding.

ALL the staff at A W Lymn that we interacted with, were compassionate, friendly and professional. Their empathy at this difficult and sad time was wonderful.
Greg, our primary arranger, went above and beyond to ensure my father’s funeral really reflected him and his life. He was always there to answer all my questions, big and small!

MANY THANKS TO MARK & HIS TEAM, EMMA & PAUL. FROM THE MOMENT MARK ARRIVED TO PICK MY MOTHER UP AFTER PASSING AWAY AT HOME, HE WAS VERY CARING, COMPASSIONATE & TOTALLY PROFESSIONAL. EVERY DETAIL ABOUT THE FUNERAL WAS CHECKED & DOUBLE CHECKED WITH ME. MARK WENT ABOVE & BEYOND WHEN HE ARRANGED FOR THE HURST & 3 CARS TO REVERSE UP A DEAD END STREET SO WE COULD LEAVE FROM MUM'S HOME. NOTHING WAS TOO MUCH TROUBLE. I WOULD NOT HESITATE IN RECOMMENDING MARK, EMMA & PAUL.
