From the outset, A.W.Lymn, and in particular their representative, Santanna Nightingale, were very professional. All aspects of the funeral service were discussed with clear explanations of the choices available. Once the decisions were made, everything was double checked. Santanna was very repectful, courteous and wanted to make sure we were happy with the final selections. She rang promptly if she had any questions and we felt the arrangements had been left in very safe hands.
The service, on the day, was beautiful and exactly what the family wanted and thanks to Lymn's excellent organisation, ran very smoothly. We were extremely happy that A.W.Lymn had helped us give Steve the funeral service he truly deserved. Thank you.A.W. Lymn, West Bridgford Team replied

The staff at the Wollaton branch were absolutely amazing
Kirby and Jack we’re absolutely wonderful and guided us through a very upsetting time
Also I would like to thank Richard the celebrant who conducted the funeral service he was really amazing the way he spoke about Linda’s life
These three people put a little happiness into a very sad time for us

The job of organising my brother's funeral was made so much more easy due to the care and attention of Fiona Hall. Firstly for getting Kev back to Derby , and then pointing us in the right direction throughout the whole process. I would also like to thank the Celebrant , Richard Marshall , who made a great job of keeping the service light-hearted but serious at the same time.I would have no hesitation in recommending A.W. Lymn to anyone who has the daunting task of arranging a funeral.Thanks a million.

Mark Ridout looked after me and my family throughout the process of us losing our Nan, he made everything feel stress free and no problem which was exactly what we needed during this difficult time. Deborah, having known your father Bob for so many years it was very sad to be called upon to assist him at Mother’s funeral. Nonetheless it was a privilege to serve your family and the walk with the funeral from the house, service in the local parish church and burial in the grave adjacent to your late brother with the sun shining was a beautiful tribute to Barbara’s life.
