We were very happy with the service provided, which was professionally delivered but sensitive and user-friendly. This family has used services from Lymn on several occasions and we have always been very satisfied.

At a time of grief this company has such a professional and caring approach to possibly the worst job on the planet. Methodical and meticulous in their approach it is very easy to give them a 5 star.

Our family have used Lymn’s on many occasions and they never disappoint. This time they excelled move more. From our first meeting with Emma, and the caring follow ups, all was calm, emotionally intelligent, professional and reassuring. Our family from the USA were really impressed with the quality if service.
The cars are stunning, the bearers and senior staff brilliant and, as for Cheryl Smith, our lovely celebrant - she was more than we could have expected. She took time, listened, there was no rush and she captured our loved one perfectly.
The service at Gedling Crematorium went without a hitch, it’s a lovely setting. The Orders of Service were so good too.
All in all a sad but wonderfully uplifting experience - I can and will recommend Lymn’s without any reservation. Thank you.A.W. Lymn, Arnold Team replied

We have used Lymns a few times, they are professional from start to end. Staff come across as very caring and they all do a really good job in helping through a tough time

We met Jack under the most horrible circumstances following the death of my wonderful mother. He was caring, compassionate and dealt with the situation very efficiently but with care. Over the next 5 weeks we worked with Kirby to make arrangements and she was absolutely brilliant. We didn't want a traditional funeral and they helped us organise the most wonderful celebration of my mums life and we could not be more grateful for their help and support. Thank you to Dave and Peter for helping the day go off without a hitch.

John`s service at Wilford Hill was every thing I could have wished for the journey was over & above what I asked for which was to drive past Notts Cricket Ground we did the full circuit of the ground, in his honour which he would have loved. Teresa was helpful through out a difficult time & was very patient with US as we made our decisions. Thank you so much.

Tracey, you have been an absolute diamond! Myself and my brother found it so comforting to be able to sit with you (and have our lunch) whilst talking everything through and it was all made that little bit easier because of the relationship you had with Mum through all of life’s troubles that were thrown our way as a family.

The service we received from Lymns was very good. They are caring and very respectful and everything went well. The only hiccups we had was two of the pallbearers were stuck in traffic ( couldn’t be helped) but my husband and nephew stood in and actually that was fine and very moving to see them carry my brother in. The other error was his middle name was spelt incorrectly on the plaque attached to the coffin, which was a surprise as I watched Savanna write it down correctly at our initial meeting - but apart from that they were really good and I would recommend them to anyone .

Andrew and the team provided a caring, sympathetic, calm and efficient service for our mothers funeral. It was planned and organised meticulously. As a result it all went smoothly and we felt that we had done the best we could for our mother.
